I called for a sitter five hours before an event as a family friend had to cancel babysitting my six year old twins. Lisa, the owner, responded to my voicemail promptly and said she would try to find a sitter. She did find one and the sitter, Haley, came to our hotel. Haley was on time and had a very pleasant demeanour. She put us at ease. My children liked her very much. I would definitely recommend this company.
